Ricketts, the father of Gov. Pete Ricketts, said last week that the Sarpy County retreat will be in the tradition of Jesuits founder St. Ignatius of Loyola, but will be open to other faiths and denominations. The nearly 1,000-acre retreat will be larger than Mahoney State Park, its future neighbor across the Platte.
